360 Degree Feedback

Thanks for showing interest in the questions developed as part of my recent 360 Degree Feedback exercise.

If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely you’ve read my blog post. In that I wrote I talk too much, and wanted to understand from my team how it impacted them – so a few questions were crafted to seek specific feedback on this specific part of my leadership style.
